I had a little problem with my order, which was annoying because I really hate when orders don’t go smoothly. I messaged them expecting it to be a whole hassle, because dealing with order problems is just frustrating. But they actually got back to me quickly, and the rep was nice. They fixed it without making it complicated, which I appreciated because I did not want to keep going back and forth about the same issue. It was still annoying that there was an issue in the first place, but at least they handled it well. I’d probably order again.

The case looks good overall, and it still works with my MagSafe wireless charging pad, which is a plus. I do have to adjust the placement sometimes to get it charging properly, but it’s not a huge deal. I’m just not totally sure about the long-term quality yet, so we’ll see how it holds up.

The case is nice, but the color looked darker in person than it did in the photos. I’ve seen other people mention the same thing, so it’s probably just how the pictures show it online

The case itself looks nice and fits fine, and the MagSafe does connect without any trouble. That said, it feels a little weak sometimes when I’m using it on my car mount, which is disappointing. If a case is advertised as MagSafe-friendly, I think it’s only fair that it should hold securely in everyday situations like driving.

I ordered a phone case from Ikigai Cases it looks nice in person. My sister even commented that the design was cute, and the print is clear. The fit on my phone is mostly good too, so no real complaints there. Shipping did take longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very helpful, which was a little frustrating. The packaging was fine, just basic. Overall, I’m happy enough with the case, but I wouldn’t say I’m blown away. I’d probably consider ordering again if they had a good discount

I got a case from ikigaicases.com it looked really nice when it arrived. The fit was solid too, so no complaints there.
Maybe it’s just me being a little picky, but after a couple weeks of tossing it in my bag and setting it on tables, I’m already seeing small scratches on the back. It’s not terrible and the case still does its job, I just expected it to hold up a bit better.

I’m kind of torn on this case. It looks decent at first and I wanted to like it, but the material just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected. It has that cheaper feel in the hand, which is frustrating because the photos made it seem a lot nicer.

After using it for a short while, the edges started feeling rough fast, and that really threw me off. It’s not completely unusable, but it’s also not something I’m excited about keeping. Just a weird mix of “okay, maybe it’s fine” and “why does this already feel worn out?”

I’ve already dropped my phone twice with this case on, including one time on concrete, and it handled it really well. I checked the corners right away because that’s usually where I notice little dents or scuffs, but there weren’t any cracks, chips, or weird marks. The fit is snug too, especially around the buttons and edges, which I appreciate. So far, I’m happy with it
